Twinscape Group, the leading innovator of Hydrofloors® bespoke swimming pool products for pools and spas, continues its international growth with a move to a much larger UK facility in Ipswich, Suffolk. In addition to extensive office and presentation space, the new premises includes dedicated Hydrofloors production space that is more than five times the size of the former site. There is also a dedicated assembly and testing area for the control panels and hydraulic systems, and an indoor stainless-steel demonstration pool measuring 4m x 9m with an integrated Hydrofloors moving floor system.
Robertus Plompen, Chief Executive of Twinscape Group, explained: “Our business has come a long way since we moved from Belgium to the UK and established Twinscape Group Ltd in 2015 and opened our first UK production facility in Colchester, Essex.
“The North American market also continued to grow, so we established Twinscape North America LLC in June 2016 with an office in Campbell, California. The next big change came in March 2017, when Jim Farrell joined Twinscape North America as Director of Business Development. He has been leading the North American company ever since from his office in Philadelphia and has established a strong network of authorised Twinscape agents, dealers and installation and service companies for the benefit of our customers.
“It is certainly an exciting time for us. As well as moving into our spacious new site in beautiful Suffolk we are also expanding and developing our world-class team of designers and engineers. We are incredibly proud to say that, here in the UK, we are have a full in-house design team, with mechanical and structural design engineers who do all of our R&D, design, production, drawings, 3D modelling and more. We also keep our manufacturing firmly in-house, pre-assembling and testing all of our stainless steel and industrial plastic components, as well as each and every one of our Hydrofloors control panels. We expect to continue this level of ownership over our processes to ensure the best service and quality in the future.
“We have always had a clear strategy for innovation, growth and development, but it is important to acknowledge that we owe much of our success to our loyal and valued clients and suppliers and we thank them for their ongoing support.”
